 1 large egg, beaten
 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 Vegetable oil, for frying

Prepare the Beignet Dough

  • Activate the Yeast:
    • In a small bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle in the yeast and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, or until frothy.
  • Mix the Dry Ingredients:
