For the Cucumber Base
2 medium cucumbers (Korean cucumbers, Persian, or English cucumbers)
½ tsp salt (to draw out excess moisture)
For the Spicy Dressing
1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes, adjust for spice level)
1 tsp sugar (or honey for a natural sweetness)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar (for tanginess)
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 green onion (finely chopped)
