 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
For the Toppings
 12 mini brioche buns (or dinner rolls, halved)
 6 slices cheddar cheese (cut into quarters to fit the patties)
 1 cup lettuce (shredded or small leaves)
 12 slices of cherry tomatoes (or thinly sliced regular tomatoes)
 12 pickle slices (optional)
 ¼ cup mayonnaise or aioli (for spreading)

Make the Beef Patties
