Stuffed Bell Peppers with Ground Turkey is a wholesome and delicious meal featuring vibrant bell peppers filled with a savory mixture of seasoned ground turkey, rice, tomatoes, and melted cheese. This dish is packed with protein, fiber, and bold flavors, making it a nutritious and satisfying meal.
6 large bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
½ kg ground turkey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp dried oregano
1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
1 cup canned diced tomatoes (drained)
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella)
2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro (chopped, for garnish)

Prepare the Bell Peppers

- Cut the Peppers:
- Slice off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
