1 whole wheel of Camembert cheese (about 8 oz / 250 g)
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 sprig fresh rosemary (or thyme for variation)
1 tsp olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Prepare the Camembert

Remove any plastic or paper packaging from the Camembert.
If the cheese comes in a wooden box , line the box with parchment paper and place the cheese back inside.
