 225 g halloumi cheese, cut into ¾-inch cubes
 1 tbsp olive oil
 Zest and juice of ½ lemon
 ½ tsp dried oregano
 Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
 Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley or chili flakes
Preheat & Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly oil it.

Bake the Halloumi

  1. Spread halloumi cubes on the baking sheet.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently to coat.

  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping once, until golden on the edges and soft in the center.

Season & Serve
