Tips & Variations
3

  • Tommy’s Margarita: Replace orange liqueur with more agave syrup for a richer, more tequila-forward drink.

  • Frozen version: Blend ingredients with ice for a frosty summer treat.

  • Spicy twist: Muddle a slice of jalapeño before shaking, or infuse your tequila.

  • Smoky version: Try mezcal in place of tequila for a complex, earthy profile.

Food Pairings
4

  • Tacos al pastor, shrimp ceviche, guacamole & chips, or grilled street corn

  • Also works well with salty snacks, fried foods, and citrusy desserts like lime tarts
