Instructions

1. Brew Your Espresso

  • Prepare 1 oz of espresso (a strong 1-shot pull or about 30 ml).

2. Shake

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Add:

    • 2 oz vodka

    • 1 oz espresso

    • ¾ oz coffee liqueur

    • ¼ oz simple syrup (adjust based on how sweet you like it)

  • Shake hard for 15–20 seconds to build that signature frothy crema.

3. Strain & Serve

  • Fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

  • Garnish with 3 coffee beans, placed gently on top of the foam in a triangle.

  • Make it a dessert: Pair with a chocolate truffle, tiramisu, or coffee ice cream.
