 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
BBQ Butter
 ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 clove garlic, finely minced
 1 tsp smoked paprika
 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
 Pinch of salt
