Strawberry & Balsamic Bruschetta

 1 baguette or rustic bread, sliced
 9 oz fresh strawberries, finely diced
 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 tsp honey (optional)
 Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
 Pinch of sea salt
 Freshly ground black pepper
 Optional: ricotta, goat cheese, or cream cheese
 Optional garnish: microgreens or extra basil leaves
Toast the Bread

Arrange bread slices on a baking tray. Brush lightly with olive oil.
