Golden, crisp phyllo parcels filled with tender turkey, creamy cheese, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce — a delightful appetizer with a festive flair.

In a bowl, mix:
Cooked turkey
Cream cheese
Cranberry sauce
Thyme, salt, and pepper
Mix until well combined but still chunky.
Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay 1 sheet of phyllo on a clean surface. Cover the rest with a damp cloth.
Brush phyllo lightly with melted butter, then fold in half lengthwise.
Place 1 tablespoon of filling near the bottom of the strip.
Fold phyllo over the filling to form a triangle (like folding a flag).
Continue folding upward in triangles until sealed.
Brush the outside with butter and place seam-side down on the tray.
Repeat with remaining filling and phyllo.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Swap turkey for ham, chicken, or roast vegetables.
Use brie, camembert, or blue cheese instead of cream cheese.
Add a spoonful of stuffing for holiday vibes.
