 8 fresh mint leaves
½ cup coconut water (or plain water for a lighter taste)
1 tsp agave syrup or honey (optional, depending on sweetness of watermelon)

Tips & Notes
4

  • Freeze the watermelon beforehand for a more “slushy” texture.

  • Mint magic: Gently clap the mint leaves between your palms before adding to release oils and enhance flavor.

  • Want it fizzy? Blend everything except the sparkling water, then stir it in gently after blending for a mocktail-style fizz.

  • Boozy option: Add a splash of white rum for an adult version. Instant cocktail vibes.

  • Make it a popsicle: Pour leftovers into molds and freeze for summer ice pops!
