These Spicy Salmon Hand Rolls (Temaki) are a fun, delicious, and easy-to-make sushi favorite. Sushi-grade salmon is finely chopped and tossed in a creamy, spicy mayo sauce, then wrapped in crisp nori sheets with sushi rice, avocado, and cucumber. Temaki is hand-rolled into a cone shape, making it perfect for a casual sushi night at home. No rolling mat required!
For the Spicy Salmon Mixture
8 oz sushi-grade salmon, finely diced
2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie preferred)
1 tsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)
1 tsp soy sauce

½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp finely chopped green onions
½ tsp black or white sesame seeds (optional)
For the Hand Rolls

8 sheets of nori (seaweed), cut in half
1 small cucumber, julienned
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1 tsp sesame seeds
