4 cans baked beans or navy beans, drained
6 slices bacon, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped

BBQ Sauce Base
¾ cup BBQ sauce (sweet or smoky)
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
