 2 lbs ground meat (80/20 beef, or beef/pork blend)
 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
 2 large eggs
 ¾ cup milk
 1 small onion, finely diced
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
 1 tsp black pepper
 1 tsp smoked paprika
 ½ tsp onion powder
BBQ Glaze
 ¾ cup BBQ sauce
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preheat the grill

  • Heat grill to 375°F (190°C).

  • Set up two-zone cooking (direct and indirect heat).

  • Lightly oil grates.

Make the meatloaf
