20 Cherry tomatoes (red, yellow, or mixed — about 1 pint)
20 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
20 fresh basil leaves, medium-sized
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Optional: ¼ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning for extra depth
For the Balsamic Glaze
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar or honey (optional, for sweetness and thickness)
Make the Balsamic Glaze (Optional)

In a small saucepan, combine:

Simmer for 8–10 minutes , stirring occasionally, until the glaze is reduced by about half and coats the back of a spoon.
