9 oz fresh strawberries, finely diced
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp honey (optional)

Toast the Bread
1 Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F . Arrange bread slices on a baking tray. Brush lightly with olive oil.
Toast for 8–10 minutes , turning once, until golden and crisp. Remove and let cool slightly.

2 In a bowl, combine diced strawberries, chopped basil, balsamic glaze, honey (if using), salt, and black pepper.
