1 tbsp unsalted butter (plus extra for rolling)
1 clove sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt (optional)

Make the chocolate mixture

In a medium non-stick saucepan over medium-low heat, melt 1 tbsp butter .
Add sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder , whisking constantly to blend smoothly.
Stir continuously with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula to prevent sticking or burning.
Cook for 10–15 minutes , until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the bottom and sides of the pan. It should have a fudge-like consistency.
Cool the mixture

Pour the mixture into a greased plate or dish and let it cool at room temperature.
Once cool, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour , or until firm.
